Private Land, Stansbury Island, UT

JULY 19-21, 2024

This is a legal and fully permitted event

 Updated July 15, 2024

We are so excited for this year’s experience! We have booked one of our MOST favorite international headliners, Drunken Kong! DK has a massive catalog of amazing dark vibes techno. They recently have released on Adam Beyer’s Drumcode label and Terminal M Records. DK are fresh off performing at Ultra’s Resistance in Asia and other venues around the world. Those that know them love them. Everybody else is about to fall in-love!

This year we have more daytime activities, more music, more production, more meditations, and an even more scenic location close to where this was held last year on Stansbury Island. This year will be even bigger and better than last year but we will maintain the small intimate vibe with only 300 people attending.

We are increasing the amount of artificial turf on our dance floor to 5,000 square feet! We will more than double the amount of tents and shade AND…we’re putting a 17,000 gallon, fully filtered\treated, commercial pool smack dab in the middle of the dance floor…so pool parties day and night!

Awaken is a 2 night 3 day electronic music experience (21+). We focus heavily on the power of music to shape and improve our lives. Mental health is something we all need to take seriously and Awaken helps people connect with music, themselves, friends, and loved ones. We use the amazing sounds and vibes of melodic house and techno combined with the stunning natural backdrop to create a deeply moving and unique experience for those that attend.

Our artists/DJs are carefully selected to ensure we curate and maintain the right vibe and bring musical excellence. We also hold scheduled sessions of yoga, guided mindfulness, breath work, and more. All lead by highly qualified/certified instructors.

We have only one stage and we don’t have VIP passes because we are strive for unity and connection. Camping is included with GA All-access tickets. You can camp in RVs, trailers, tents, vehicles or whatever you prefer. We strongly recommend an RV with A/C or at least a few fans. Daytime temps can be very hot.

So you have an idea of what to expect here’s a rundown of how the event will go: We plan to open the venue for arrival and camp set-up late afternoon, Friday July 19.

Friday night music will start around 6 PM and it will go until approximately 2 AM. We will bring back our traditional guided meditation at around midnight both nights. Trust us when we say, “Don’t miss this meditation.” This year we have much more in store for you.

On Saturday morning we will have wellness activities such as yoga, guided mediation, breath work, and possibly more. Around noon we will begin music and open the pool. The pool will be closed temporarily Saturday morning for cleaning and to minimize noise and distractions for the wellness activities. Pool party to start at noon! Music will then go all afternoon with the best local DJs and into the evening. On both Friday and Saturday don’t miss the serene sunset set that will take us into a night of amazing music where you can dance underneath the stars with all your friends.

On our dance floor and common area we have increased the amount of artificial turf this year so you can dance barefoot and lie on the grass and vibe to an amazing performance of music, lights, and lasers. Bring your inflatable chairs, mattresses, pools, etc to lounge on and chill in between dancing sessions.

We also will be increasing the amount of covered shaded tent space and misters adjacent to the dance area. Under the large tent is where yoga, guided meditations and other wellness activities will take place. The pool and some other things we have planned will create a nice place for people to get out of the heat and have some daytime fun.

Our stage and production this year will be even bigger and better than last, and last year was fantastic!

Music on Saturday night will go nonstop, except for a short break after the pool party between 5-6:30 PM and the midnight meditation, until sunrise on Sunday morning. At around 5 AM on Sunday morning SVV3N will close out the event with his moving sunrise set. Pace yourself so you don’t miss this sunrise set. Every year we have people tell us that it was one of the most transformative experiences of their lives.

Music will end sometime after sunrise. We may close the festival with another optional guided meditation and then you will have a few hours to rest and socialize before heading home. Everyone will need to be gone by late afternoon on Sunday July 21. Check out our other pages in the menu for more details.

Guidelines\Rules:

Last year everyone was super good to follow the rules and we expect all of you amazing people will do the same this year. I anticipate no issues with any of you amazing people but here’s a few guideline to help set expectations. To keep everyone safe, curate the right vibe, and protect the private land we are using; we have established these “rules.” We try to keep the rules to a minimum and encourage self-expression and positivity. Failure to follow them could result in expulsion from the experience with no refund. This is a genuinely PLUR event. Look that up if you need to. We’ll be encouraging PLUR behavior. Real PLUR is something that we need more of in this world.

  1. NO A$&HOLES ALLOWED. No predators, no creepers, no disrespectful behavior.

  2. No political signs, political flags, political or offensive statements. At this experience we are all united and its not the place for political agendas.

  3. No negative energy and no drama. It’s okay if you are hurt, sad, frustrated, etc. This event will help you heal. But please make every effort to leave negative or hateful thoughts at home. This experience can help you reset and change your life if you let it. You will all understand how important this is when you feel how immaculate the vibes will be at this experience.

  4. Explicit and sober consent is required BEFORE you touch another person. “NO” means, “NO.”

  5. No open flames, no campfires, nor charcoal briquettes, no candles. If you can avoid smoking, please do so. We cannot risk a wildfire. PLEASE follow this!

  6. No one under the age of 21 allowed.

  7. No pets. We LOVE animals but this isn’t the place for pets.

  8. If you must smoke tobacco products, please do so away from others and the dance area and take EVERY precaution to place your used butts in your own garbage. We don’t want a wildfire. Vaping is fine.

  9. Minimize your consumption of alcohol (none is best). This sounds like a buzzkill but trust us on this one! This event will be so much better for you and those around you if you aren’t drunk.

  10. DO NOT litter. We are guests on this private land, and we must respect it. Bring your own garbage bags and pack it out. This year we will provide trash cans around the dance area and a small dumpster.

  11. No OHVs, motorcycles (dirtbikes), or off-roading activities with motor vehicles. Mountian Bikes and ebikes are welcome.

  12. PLEASE respect that this is private land and it’s not available for you to return to camp on or drive through. DO NOT come back to this private land unless invited by the owner or another permitted event.

  13. No open sexual activity in the dance area. We’re all about sex positivity but we need to keep common areas safe for all and not everyone wants to watch you get it on. I’m sure the vibes and music will turn lots of people on! That’s a good thing and please get as freaky as you want in your own tent, RV, vehicle, or generally away from others.

  14. Be kind, loving, and positive to your fellow attendees. We are all beautiful humans at different places in our journey in this life. It’s important that this experience be a loving and judgement-free space.

  15. Find new people to meet, make new friends, and strengthen the relationship(s) with the people around you.

  16. Participate in some sort of sharing or giving experience. Hand out some drinks or cold treats or find a way to give to other attendees. Feel free to create a mini-work camp, provide some sort of service or act of kindness for others.

  17. Please no “sound camps” or renegade sound systems. If you do play music around your camp please respect neighbors by controlling your volume and don’t be playing music that doesn’t fit with the genre and vibe of this event.
